"Wise men speak because they have something to say; Fools because they have to say something".

Being stylish and confident is a great way to make a first impression...
But then what?.....
You actually have to know how to have a conversation.
I want to share with you one of my favourite talks by Celeste Headlee.
She's worked as a radio host for decades, and knows the ingredients of a great conversation: Honesty, brevity, clarity and a healthy amount of listening.
In this insightful (and entertaining) talk, she shares 10 useful rules for having better conversations. "Go out, talk to people, listen to people," she says. "And, most importantly, be prepared to be amazed."
I love to have a good chat and I love people, and after watching this video I realised I have lots of room for improvement.
It's easy to get caught up in a conversation that's more "talk" and less "listen".... I have personally gained a lot from the advice in this video and it's one I like to revisit every so often.
Check it out HERE!
I hope you love it as much as I do and that you get heaps of value from it.
And if you do- This is definitely one you need to share with friends and just anyone who could benefit from this awesome talk.
Let me know what you think, and maybe you can tell me about some of your favourite TED talks!
Xx
